Sunday June 22nd, 2008 1:31pm	Okay, so this is totally random. Particularly for my first post since 2007 (Wow. Really? Wow.) But, whatever. I have decided, in my own special little brain, that Liz Lemon from 30 Rock is actually of some relation to Jack Lemmon from...yeah, if you don't know who Jack Lemmon is, you're dead to me. Despite the spelling discrepancy. So, yeah. Also, It gives me no end of delight that the awesomest actor ever shares the combined first and last names of my favorite characters. Cause, let's face it: Jack and Liz are the greatest snarky, neurotic example of otp awesomeness since ever. And wow. That sounded so much cooler in my mind.

Preferably AU, semi-fluffy (or at least not completely angsty), and complete. I've gotten to the point that I don't even read in progress fics, even from my favorite authors...it's just too painful to wait for updates.

Thursday June 7th, 2007 3:36pm	Okay? Just learned that Rogue/Sabertooth is apparently a widely popular uc couple. Now, typically, I could give less of a damn about alternate ships, but...hmm. There is just something...very, very wrong about that. Or, maybe I'll start liking them in a week. Who knows. I was the same with Norrington/Elizabeth (only less with the ick) and Anya/Giles and now I adore them. Whatever.

Wednesday May 23rd, 2007 7:28pm	Quick note on an older fic So, I wrote this fic called 'Out From Inside' ( http://modernaudrey.livejournal.com/10904.html )a while back, and mentioned that it may possibly continue into a series. Just in case anyone was still wondering, I doubt it will. It works as a standalone, and, frankly, it wasn't my best work. As a matter of fact, I'd forgotten it until I was cleaning up my tags earlier. No real point in developing it when I could be working on something else. Hope nobody minds! As I said, it was never a definite plan to continue it. New chapter of Spark in the next few days. It's complete--just waiting to be beta'd.

Anything really...a shot of Pyro and Rogue with 'Spark' or a random quote from the fic or something on it would be fine. As my icon talent kind of...doesn't exist...I'd be eternally grateful to any kind soul who might have the spare time to make one. If there are any takers, I'd be glad to trade out my services--unfortunately limited to fic. I could do a oneshot or drabble for: PotC- Jack/Elizabeth, Elizabeth/Norrington. Wednesday May 16th, 2007 12:17pm	I'm home, so to speak. All graduated (amazing) and alive (even more so). Also, moved into my new house, which is more awesome than I can possibly express. I know that I've missed A LOT, fic wise. I've read a few things while on break, but not much at all. So, let me know if there's anything you want me to look over. If not, I'm sure I'll eventually track it all down...but I'm sure it will take a lot longer! Have finally updated Spark (the post below this one), and intend to get back to my regular schedule with fic updates. So, expect an update within about ten days. A side note: as much as I'm enjoying writing a slightly less sexually mature Rogue than you typically see...I don't know. I'm just not feeling it right now. Last night, I was really in the mood for some badass!Rogue fic. Sadly, I don't think I'd be able to do it in less than several chapters. And I don't want to jump into another novel-length before I'm done with what I'm working on. So...damn. Current Mood: tired

Monday April 2nd, 2007 3:52pm	Officially On Hiatus. Most of you have probably seen this coming, as I've been all but absent from fandom for weeks. I just have to take a break. I've got graduation coming up, and classes to finish. The fact that I'm actually having trouble with some of my classes--first time ever, and it has to be my final semester--makes this all the more necessary. Along with this, I'm dealing with numerous job interviews and enough self-imposed stress to give a hippy a heart attack. So, I will get back when I can. Don't expect any kind of fic updates or comments or anything like that, as I'm essentially banning myself from the net (and especially lj) until I officially pass my classes. You can still email me if you need me, and I will get back to you ASAP. But I just need to pull a disappearing act for a few weeks. Psych and Sare, check your gmails;)
